St Oswalds 1955-60?

Hello!

I'm Tony Lord.

Born and brought up in Victoria St, Accy. Now pulled down. Moved to Perth St.

Been in Bristol 50 years but still Accy through and through and miss the old place.

I went to St Oswalds bet 1955-59.

I remember Mr Brunsheilds (I think correct spelling) - headmaster.

Mrs Swift, taught different stuff; Mrs Kershaw, taught French; Mr Smithies, Scout Master; Mr Mayor, Maths (I think); Miss Nuttall, History (?); Mr Joyce, Music.

I'd love to hear from old pals and anyone who remembers me and those times, which really were the best days of our lives.

Tony

Hello Tony Are you related to Tom & John Lord of Owen St. ? You can take a lad out of Accrington, but you can't take Accrington out of a lad.
