am i to be worried

over the past two weeks i have noticed above all of my internal upstaires doorframes their is a crack all around the celing above the doorframes and its all one long crack, it has started to crack above the doors inside all of the rooms upstairs and the tiles around the bath have started to come away from the walls, just to explain i live in a semi detached house that was built in the early 90s and i live in an old mining village, now i know houses move but in two weeks the damage is quite bad, have i to worry and tell the H/A or is this normal house movement ?, its in the centre of the house this is happening,

If you are in a Housing Association property you have nothing to lose reporting it... if they're not sure they will send out a structual engineer to check it out
