Any recommendations for pvc windows?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site (so hope I've posted this in the right forum ) and I wondered if you could please help. Do you have any recommendations of local companies who could replace my pvc windows? It's a lot of money to spend and I thought I'd get a few quotes and wanted to go off word of mouth (those that have a good reputation and those to avoid!) - so thought you may be able to help.

Welcome to the nuthouse. It's always nicer to have an introduction with a little bit about yourself before you asking for help. I used Great Harwood windows in Blackburn, they did a fantastic job for me at a great price with no pushy salesman.

There is a place on Union Road, opp The Civic called Oswaldtwistle Glass. I had a new panel for door put in by them and neigbours had full front of house (downstairs bay window) and front door fitted by them and have said they were very happy with the work done. They may not be the cheapest but they do a good job.

we used a chap from Rawtenstall...independent, works for himself...good honest guy won't rip you off.
worth getting a quote from him.
Did a great job for us earlier this year, Tidy worker, punctual and does a great job.

I have no hesitation in recommending him. He does windows doors and conservatories...and his prices are competitive.

I have had new doors on 2 houses fitted by APS Windows near the Globe in Accy.
Good quality, good job & reasonable price.
