Why your spanish accent (a latin language) could be mistaken for Welsh is unfathomable.

I hope someone recognises them and informs the police.

My daughter had a friend when she was at junior school and other friends at home thought she was German but she was born and brought up as Lancashire as anybody, just spoke slightly differently.

First rules of retail ....if someone is armed and asking you for money.... give them the money and ask if they would like a carrier bag !
It's that simple. Companies have insurance to protect them from these losses, you sticking your neck out or getting all macho will only result in you getting hurt or worse.
It's not worth the risk regardless of how much " company loyalty" you have.
Simple.

I'd even do it with my own money. It's not worth the risk. When I worked in a bank we were told what to look for to later identify thieves but we were always told to do everything they said.

Re: anybody know them?

The way i see it is if they get away from the shop where i am they will no doubt do it again somewhere else. So i believe i should atleast put up a decent level of resistance to prevent that from happening. Infact i just had am idea, why dont shops have a similar thing to banks with the dye that ruins the cash, surely this stuff could be put in an aerosol can, that the shop owner/assistant could spray in the face of the thief, because as i understand it this stuff takes weeks to come off, making them easy to trace.

i think thats a good idea to spray them in the face with dye but they might attack you back so like willow said its not worth it as the Companies have insurance.

If I was faced with an armed robber I wouldn't hesitate to hand over the money. Why would you want to argue? As has been said, these companies will get it back on their insurance so it makes no difference to them.

Acting hard and refusing to hand the money over could result in you being shot or stabbed / kicked to death. Hardly worth it.

Re: anybody know them?

Yeah the point i was trying to make is that if i gave up the money that surely they would move on to another shop and put some one else through the trauma of being held at gun/knifepoint. So by refusing to give the money i would hope that would stop them from subjecting the same emotional distress on anyone else.

Have to agree, there’s not much I would be prepared to put my life on the line for and the takings of some shop or other are definitely not on that list.
