Did you misspell your title?
Did you mean Van Helsing?

This is what wikipedia has to say about him:-

Professor Abraham Van Helsing is a fictional character from Bram Stoker's 1897 novel, Dracula.

Van Helsing is a Dutch doctor with a wide range of interests and accomplishments, partly attested by the string of letters that follows his name: "M.D., D.Ph.[sic], D.Litt., etc., etc." The character is best known as a vampire hunter, and the arch-enemy of Count Dracula.

Yes, you can get your van 'decked out' the only stipulation is usually that you have it done professionally and then have them removed professionally at the end of the term.
Be carefullo with the deal you get a lot of lease companies seem to be pushing you into deals that doi not include maintenance. I have always found that it works out better to have All maintenance included.

Difficult to say without knowing all circumstances but I may be able to pass you onto a man who can advise you, if you want
