Art and Crafts

Hi all!!! So an interesting little hobbie of mine (or at least its interesting to me). Is all things art and craft, by this I mean hand made jewellery, pictures, toys etc etc the list is endless

Does anybody on hear have a similiar interest or know of any clubs that do such things? (I'd like to set one up if there is enough interest!)

I'd also be keen to know of any craft fairs happening around the area?

Re: Art and Crafts

The Telegraph on Thursdays (?) have ads for all sorts of fairs. Observer should have them too......I was in Waddington Village hall recently and learned that one or two days a week it is taken over by a group who do handicrafts......Look up the local U3A groups....the library likely have a list of local societies of all sorts.

Civic Arts Centre, 155 Union Road, Oswaldtwistle
10am to 12noon on Wednesday mornings. Every week - £2 subs.
Bring whatever you're working on and see what others are doing - sometimes there are organised workshops.

Next week - calligraphy.
