Bird Call?

What bird sounds like a bicycle pump being used very quickly . . . like Dee Dom - Dee Dom - Dee Dom - Dee Dom . . . like that but its a fast sqeaky sound?

It's out our back garden and we hear it each day, usually early in the morning and late in the afternoon.

No, this is coming from high up in four giant beech trees out of the garden behind us. In summertime we often get woodpeckers in them.
