Bonfire Night (where to go.?

Hi Not lived here for that long...Can anybody put me right for a good bonfire in Accrington on bonfire night please.....an organised display would be fine. Pay to go in ? No probs..........Tony ( for the Grand kids) well that's my excuse.......Tony

There's one on Saturday organised by the Rotary club at Accrington Cricket club on Thorneyholme Road

Not necessarily - I'll be doing my best to avoid it all, so will probably shut myself under the stairs till it's all over, trouble is then I wouldn't be able to come out till January

I too will be closing all the doors, windows and curtains and turning the TV up.

The dogs will need walking early as one is petrified of the bangs and will bolt when a rocket whizzes in the sky.

Now that even Poundland is selling them I can see fireworks being an even bigger PITA.
