Book groups and Film groups?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any film or book groups in the local area? They don't have to be in Accrington, as I don't mind travelling a bit.

On a similar topic, are you members (or attendees) at any good groups? I'm looking for new things I can possibly take part in and meet a few new people.

Re: Book groups and Film groups?

I'm sure I've seen a book group meet in the library, give them a ring if not they may know somewhere else, good luck.

There is a film society in Blackburn, who meet at the library

The contact should be on this link.

That's excellent! Thanks everyone. I have recently moved to Darwen, so those links are very useful.
