can i stop them?

At the bottom of my garden theres an unused allotment. The children on my street use it as a den but they go through the side gate and through my garden.

Theres over grown trees and bushes and rubbish that people have thrown over from the path and it really isnt safe... because its like an extension of my garden i feel it would be my fault if they get hurt and i would be the only person to notice if they did.....i dont need extra children to watch!!

Re: can i stop them?

If it is a Hyndburn Council owned allottment you should tell them that it is neglected and unused.
The council will advise the tenant to use it or lose it, and let it to someone who will.
At present all Hyndburn council allottments are having a revamp which includes secure fencing.
This site includes access to maps showing where the allottments are
