So. It was a bit crude. A bit rough around the edges. But it was tasty.

Dad enjoyed it too.

Would've been mums birthday on 14th had she still been with us. Thats what triggered the memory of this meal we would have for supper when my dad came home from a good night out in accy

My Grandad would have this when he came in from the pub on a Saturday night.

funny thing is i cannot stand lancashire cheese. But when its done like this. OMG it was lovely even if i made it
