I think along with the vote there should be a basic iq test, if you fail you cant vote.

not a viable way, so i think the age of voting should be looked at, the exeptions i would make to that would be the "armed forces".

Nothing.
But it gives us a superiority complex.
All education is wasted on those unfortunate enough to be born on the eastern side of the Pennines.
