thanks shillelagh , daylight saving time has got to be the biggest cock-up ever introduced by politicians , surely these 'brains' could come to some sensible agreement where all the countries agree to do it on the same day (Europe two weeks later than North America etc. ) and Australasia a week later than that ( if we in the northern hemisphere go forward one hour and they in the southern hemisphere go back on hour ) does that mean there is a two hour change from 'regular' time ?.
Incidentally , we have three States in the US which refuse to use Daylight saving time ........if we cant agree on anything as basic as what time it is how the heck can we agree on anything.
