cluster migraines

Hello to everyone. Can anyone offer any advice on cluster migraines, its a rare condition but there must be someone out there that has them!!.

Also, could anyone advise where you could obtain oxygen for medical use, its a 12 week waiting list for one reason and another on the NHS.

For those of you who dont know, the pain from Cluster Migraines is ment to be the worst kind of pain a human can have, according to WOMEN who suffer from them it is worse than child birth. Often Cluster migraines are called suicide headaches.

Re: cluster migraines

I can't help with the migraine problem, but I googled this for you
OxyFit Oxygen in a can (2 litres)

I might even try one of those cans myself

PS found a forum for migraine sufferers

The website say

Quote:
SUFFICIENT FOR 10-20 BREATHS
What a waste of £10 that is

It also says this in smaller writing

Quote:

Even less than that if she hasn't the strength to put her fag out before she starts using it!

That is quoted often on many products - a legal 'get out'

I have no intention of consulting my doctor before I breathe, and I know it isn't a cure for anything.

I am occasionally breathless on exertion - this might help.
If it doesn't I wont buy it again.

Common sense has helped me live this long

That must be the same common sense that keeps you smoking so your lung efficiency is reduced making you breathless.

I admit my addiction and accept its limitations - have never said any different.

I don't lecture you on your habits - you can put whatever you fancy in your mouth at any time - but not in a public place

Normally I wouldn't put this sort of thing on site, or else in big read letters put a warning such as 'Don't try this at home', but for you MargaretR I'll make an exception,* PLEASE, try this at home.

Even if you don't get round to doing it the sound track should give you an idea of the sort of suffering the migraine sufferer has to put up with, which will make a change from all your other illnesses.

*Anyone else,
'DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!'
