Re: Does anybody still use a CB radio?
My Dad was a Radio ham and had an impressive set up in our front room...he was addicted to CB radio as well when it was all the rage......a long time ago now.

Re: Does anybody still use a CB radio?
This reminds me of Die Hard 4, in which one of the computer geeks has a CB set-up. When all the computers are hacked and go down, CB will be a last resort.

Re: Does anybody still use a CB radio?
I'm saving mine for when the civil war starts in this country. I'm expecting it to be within my life time.

Always a good choice ... I still have an old Cobra SSB hanging around someplace. Used it a lot when I lived in Saskatchewan (if you can pronounce that correctly, you become an honorable Stubble Jumper ... maybe even a Binder Pilot ) They were great there ... country nice and flat, except for the Badlands. I used to go by "Wooden Nickel" The CB used to sit up on the dash of my truck, next to the Fuzz Buster. Of course, if you listened in on the truckers, you always knew where the Horsemen had set up their radar.
