Does concussion make you hungry?

I ask this because just lately I have had a strange urge to tidy up, due to the illness of my back sticking to the mattress, I haven't rushed at this new pastime it is something I have gradually been getting into usually while cooking my tea.

Today it was the turn for my stairs vacuuming away and discovering the original colour of the carpet somehow was quite satisfactory.

I got half way down and a thundering noise because I'd overstretched the mains lead in my enthusiasm, crunch the hoover hit me on the back of the head oWwwww! It couldn't be the bag all filled with air and fluff, Oh no, it was full on with one of the metal bit's.

I was able to see all the stars in the universe, (I think I also named each one but I don't think I could list these names unless I post in the over 18's section).

When I finished picking myself off the floor my food was ready and I was ready for an excuse to finish with cleaning.

Finished my bangers and mash in record time not a hint of gravy left on the plate so I put it back in the 'to be used cupboard', within 5 minutes I was hungry again, had some cheese on toast, sat down hungry again, couple of bags of crisps, hungry again I know I'll finish that packet of peanuts I found down the settee 3 days ago when I was doing the front room.

I'm still hungry so all I can think is a bang on the head must make you hungry, one thing for sure though, it's cured me of tidying up, I've always thought that was womens work now I know.

Any one out there got a women they aren't using full time? I need someone to finish the stairs!

This illness you keep mentioning, is there something you're not telling us? You know, all this nest building and eating too much in women is usually a sign they're pregnant.

No Gayle it's been a case of not being able to get from the sofa to the bathroom without tripping over take-away boxes!

Or that they have been smoking some of the good stuff .... that would explain the munchies.

Re: Does concussion make you hungry?

Let me think about this.

Less is vacuuming. In the process of vacuuming Less is hit on the head with the vacuum cleaner.

Now Less is devouring food at a rate somewhat akin to a vacuum cleaner sucking up muck.

I therefore draw the conclusion that when Less's head came into contact with the vacuum cleaner some sort of transposition took place.

How's the vacuum cleaner? Has it shown any inclination to head for the pub?
