Ear ache!!
Can anyone tell me what's the best thing for ear ache. My little boy has really suffered with the flight back into Manchester, and has bad ear ache in one ear.
Any suggestions??  |

a few drops of Olivie oil in his ear and a hot water bottle ,when going to bed. or go doctors with him for he my have a perforated eardrum.

is it a good idea to put olive oil in if his ear drum may be perforated?

hey slinks i always used to get it,real bad
 put it down to pressure/altitude me doc said try holding yer sneck, close yer gob n blow till yer ears popped, it worked fer me, that was when flying obviously. possibly its same thing.

Just got back from doc's ..... It's a very bad ear infection. Said he could have had it on holiday, but flying could have made it worse due to the ears popping. Anyway Anti-biotics and Ibuprofen now, and he is feeling pain free again. Poor little thing, nowt worse than tooth ache and ear ache

Pleased you went to the docs. Slinky .. was going on too long for a reaction to aeroplane pressure. He will be Ok soon, I am sure.
Think Royboy earache from swimming pools is just summat to do with moisture getting trapped, there again, I am not a medic. |
