Electrical Bits/Components !
Does anyone know of anywhere in town I might be able to get my hands on said items, A Microswitch of sorts is at the top of my list at the moment !

Try posting a picture of what you need if you can as microswitch can mean many things.
This is my guess at what you mean, is it for an electric shower?  This one is at CPC CAMDEN|CSM30520D|MICROSWITCH, V3, 28MM LEVER | CPC They have many with different ratings and levers.
