Excellent Customer Service
What has been your best experience of customer service?
Mine was today and I'm still smiling from it.
During my battle to give up smoking, my sister, also a smoker recommended the e-cig, saying "it was just like the real thing" after she had tried her father in laws.
So off I went searching the net and after plenty of research and review reading, I decided to buy a starter kit from Intelli Cig aka CN Creative. I eagerly awaited its arrival and after a few days waiting, decided to check where my order was, using the track and trace system, I entered my tracking number on Royal Mail's website, hereafter referred to as Royal Fail.
Their website stated the item had been delivered. not to me I thought, I hadn't received it So I rang Royal Fail and their poxy automated system cut me off before I got chance to speak to anyone, I'll email them I thought, all I was trying to find out was who had signed for the item, as it wasn't showing the signature online and more importantly, where had they delivered it to.
I also emailed Intelli Cig to inform them of the situation, in the hope that they would have a better chance of finding out what Royal Fail had done with my order. Well Intelli Cigs response was quick and to cut a long story short, emailed me back saying "not to worry, I can resend your order or you can come and collect" As they are a local firm and not trusting Royal Fail to deliver a second time I opted to collect, which I did this afternoon.
I was just gobsmacked though as I half expected an email back from Intelli Cig saying, "Sorry, we posted it, Royal Fails system states it was delivered so sort it with them type of thing. Excellent customer service on Intelli Cigs behalf I think.
I am still waiting for a response from Royal Fail, will probably have to wait 15days. Thankfully its out of my hands now.
