Function room

Hi everyone, its been a while since ive been on here and i need some help, Im currently organising my wedding but im struggling on a decent sized function room, Is there anywere else other than brooks club that will be big enough for 150+ people that has easy access for people with prams and walking difficulties and being the cheapskate that i am preferably really cheap lol?

There used to be a nice place called the "Stag Inn" but dont think its big enough for your needs

i'm going to a wedding at The Adelaide Suite at the bottom of Sandy Lane in a couple of weeks, dunno how much they've paid for it though

I used Adelaide suite 12 months ago for my sons christening, plenty of room, free of charge if you have the bar open, which of course you do at any sort of do as people always want a pint or 2.
You'll find a lot of function rooms are free nowadays if you make use of their bars.

Adelaide suite is free as long as you use the bar. Drinks are expensive though.

another thought - Grants Bar now have a function room above the pub - according to my Mrs it's very nice - sorry no idea of cost

I went with my wife to a Christening party there and we both struggled getting up the stairs to the function room.
Carla mentioned easy access for people with prams and walking difficulties.

I'll just add that there is easy ground floor access with disabled toilets and the beer prices a very reasonable too

I thought of the stag last night and as the wedding is now in the summer i was thinking of having a gazebo in the backyard lol with a bbq that would be big enough then. I do miss the place lots its boring living in a house haha x
