Re: gas suppliers..who has changed theirs recentley ?

I have, left British gas years ago cause of their prices, just changed again recently for a better deal, try Energyhelpline or Uswitch to find a good deal
edit - forgot to add, you will get a far better deal if you go for dual fuel and pay by direct debit monthly

Beats me that if you have pre-payment meters you are charged at a higher rate for the fuel. WHY ???????? when we are paying cash for the fuel on a weekly basis.

Things that come to mind are
1 your paying for the extra cost of the meter (presuming there dearer than a normal one)
2 Your paying for someone to empty it/ get payment from cards

Gone are the days when you had your meters emptied, lol. You now have a plastic card with a chip in that you have charged up at a local shop. The meter reads the chip and gives you credits on the meter.
