Are you thinking of going before the end of the month Pam, or just have to book before then ? Makes a difference in temperatures abroad, etc.

Do you know Pam, I worried about taking my son (then fair) when he was younger, abroad ... thought he might have turned into an overcooked tomato or summat .. but when I did .. he was probably about 7 years .. turned brown as a berry and non-plussed about the heat ... have to take care of course, but think we worry about it more than they do.

Caravan holidays in the U.K. are usually reasonable or holiday cottages .. depending on how many people involved, no guarantee on the warmth though ...

"Katex we started taking our our son abroad when he was 8 years old and he had very blonde hair. The Greeks made a fuss of him, he was what you would call 'Cling on' You know what I mean?
Never left my side, you have to have eyes in the back of your head.
My Grandchild is 8 now and very dark hair, I'm not scared taking her abroad it is no problem, I will get factor 30 to protect her the same as I got for my son"
Good on you Pam.

Re: Hoiday

Does it have to be abroad? If not I can reccomend looking for a holiday in Cornwall. I go there every year with my grandparents and there is usually nice weather, not too hot not too cold and there are lots of fun things to do!
