ive just been hanging my washing out...and had not one but three plastic pegs snap!!! must be the heat or something!! anybody else having problems with this heat???

Too clamy here I wish we had a thunderstorm to clear the air a bit. Perfect tomato weather though my home is like a green house. As for pegs no I use the drier the kids here would nick anything put out.

They may be cheap but thats no reason to be so disposable. Remember that they need OIL to make plastic so they are using more of our fossil fuels every time you buy some new pegs!
If petrol hits £1 plus a litre there could be more for plastics as people would be buying less.
Then again do we really want to fill up Whinny Hill tip that quick so recycle them.
