Smile Horse Manure

Just wondered if anyone knows anywhere locally that I can get some horse manure from, usually its advertised in the paper but I can't seem to find any & need lots of it for my garden.

Thanks for any help.

Hello WKD.. not being funny.. but is this a wind up?
this may not be any use for your garden but there's plenty of it here:

I think only foals and horses let you have it, if you make a small donation ( cash donation that is)

Re: Horse Manure

Your post made me smile as I posted a similar one on our village website this week. I wanted well-rotted horse manure already bagged. I've managed to locate some in the Warrington area and am going to fetch some tomorrow - nothing like it for fertilising the soil.

There are a lot of horses in our village and quite often they go down our road. If they're incontinent I'm out there with my shovel but I think they've all been constipated for a while. Must get some senna pods!

Good luck with your search.

Most livery yards would gladly let you have the manure, some will charge but usually you have to shovel it yourself.
