Hi
Would any person have info to share in regards a fire in Princess Street, Great Harwood area (may have been No1 Princess St) in late 1943 or Jan/Feb 1944.
A young boy aged just 4 died in the Royal Infirmary, Blackburn February 1944 from burns.
The young lads name was David Baxter.

Regards

Davd / Ask Accrington library to look up the Accrington Observers :

[email protected] if a report cannot be found, ask Blackburn Library ( Google address) to look up the Lancashire Evening Telegraphs. Possible that the coroner's report or police report is held in Lancashire Archives - (Google) I don't know if fire brigade reports are held anywhere.
