Re: Hunger strips .. Anyone tried em?
I find that the best way to avoid snacking is to not buy them in the first place, and to live a long way from any shop that sells them
Sometimes I visit my cupboard snacksearching and the only easy thing I see to snack on are rice cakes - bit like eating polystyrine ceiling tiles

Re: Hunger strips .. Anyone tried em?
Omg panther , Have you had a full tub ? .. Im still only half way through my first . Must say they are workin for me. I take one of them and then just end up getting pre occupied with something else.
Suppose its like giving up smoking. I still get my cravings after 2 yrs but have an inhilater to stop the cravings. Just a substitue I suppose but well if it/they work. I,ll keep using em.

no, have i hell , just that everytime i had one, nowt changed, I think with me though, is that i dont eat when im hungry, i eat when im bored!! lol, if im occupied all day i can do without food for hours, but if im doing nowt and sitting around, i tend to root in the cupboards , maybe i should take up knitting
As long as im busy im fine...no snacking whats so ever
