Burnley Road is fine, but be a bit choosey with streets leading off there. Excellent schools in the area if you have kids

Re: Information Request
Hello Jane, welcome to AccyWeb and hopefully welcome to Accy. How far up/down Burnley Rd are you looking? Bear in mind that it's a main road out of town so can be quite busy and noisy but there are some very nice houses up there.
Accrington's greatest assets are the friendly people. My OH, Busman on here, moved up from down south and even he felt welcome and I have a friend who came over here from shhhhhhh! Yorkshire and he settled in in no time.

Re: Information Request
At a guess it's the house right next to the traffic lights at the junction with Queens Rd ( or is it called Penny Lane there ? )
