First of all welcome, secondly there are forum meets.

Not as regular as they used to be, but they still happen from time to time.

Keep your eye on the Nightlife, Events, Days Out section.

Sometimes people also post informally they're meeting up somewhere.

I had a look at which area though which is why I asked the question.

A few of us meet up in the Railway every Saturday between 12 and 2pm
