Re: Is there anybody out there?

Did anyone see that prog on C4 a few months back about the way that Irish nuns dealt with wayward women? It still gives me the willies. The thought that Sister Mary kate is out there somewhere, waiting to pounce will give me nightmares for weeks.

Re: Is there anybody out there?

If it is the same one, (set in the Fifities?) it was tragic. You see I was adopted as part of the Salford Campaign of Rescue, which was run by nuns. The thought that my natural mother might have had to endure what some of those girls went through is hard. But, what is harder still is the thought that I need not have been adopted at all.
