Re: Lost Cat

Hi, Glad your cat turned up safe and sound...we had the same problem 2 days before bonfire night. We have 2 cats that both come back home every morning for their regular morning feed, but only one came back on Monday...then Tuesday...got worried when on Wednesday the female cat still not come back...until I looked through the window on Wednesday night at the fireworks going off I saw her sat on our window ledge. Let her in and she was limping badly, apparently been involved in a road accident. Been vets with her and nothing broken, said shes been very lucky. Ah well....at least shes still got 8 lives!!! Just glad shes ok.

A few months ago Sparky came back limping and she had broken her leg. We had her leg in a cast for six weeks or so and it was hilarious. Then it came off and she'd forgotten what her leg was for so she was still like a tripod.

She doesn't understand the value of the £480 it took to put her right, but she's a much more loving cat since the incident, so I'm sure she knows we helped. Her brother has been missing for four days now, but we've had cats missing for a fortnight before and they've come back, so while we're worried, we're not despairing.
