mine works fine you tried them little www.ebudy.com [2] blah blah site log in there see if it lets you

or try going throught your network and doing a network repair

I think its just fault with the network setup or something check your ports are open make sure firewall hasn't decided to block it blah blah blah xD

i had plenty of problems with mine yesterday
just kept coming up with troubleshooter or somthing like that.
