Manchester Rd, Accy

Whats going on up Manchester Rd, traffics backed up right back down to the old Fire Station at 1530 hrs, cars turning round and coming back down.

A56 Lancashire - Closed northbound between the A680 Blackburn Road junction and the A679 junction in Haslingden, because of a vehicle fire COULD BE THIS

I read last week that work was due to begin on altering/upgrading the roundabout at Rising Bridge

While on this subject why on earth wasn't the A56 Haslingden/Accrington Bypass taken over the Accrington-Haslingden Road on a flyover? It's just plain daft
