missing member?
don't know if this is the correct thread or not to use but............................... re; accywebb meet on saturday the 27th august, there was a member who said he was definitly coming to the meet...........missing, i was most dissapointed as were the few who knew he was supposed to be coming, we do like to see our "overseas buddys" & make a fuss of them, but nope i didn't get the chance this time aaaaweeell, i just hope you are ok, & that you have enjoyed your visit over here anyway.......... just let us know that you & your's are well, thanks.

Yeah it was sad he couldn't make it. He was in the chatroom a couple of weeks ago and said he was looking forward to coming to the meet on Saturday.
I hope it wasn't the picture of me in a trolley at ASDA that put him off? Hope you are well, and have enjoyed your trip, and like Mez said it was sad we couldn't get to meet you this time.

Sorry guys.I did however send Mez an e mail.the car broke down on Friday and i spent all day Saturday looking in Liverpool to get someone to fix it by Sunday evening.We had to be back in Newcastle by Monday afternoon.Got an horrendous bill but its working again.We loved it back in Blighty people are fantastic.Sorry i could not make it.

just glad your safe mik, i did post on the nightlife & events, (meet ) that you had sent me an e-mail, so all were informed. bet you were sick as a parrot at the price of the repairs.................ahh well ...........the joys of motoring .
