Re: no parking signs ?

And do you think anyone is going to take any notice of it?

A private "no parking" sign bears no legal weight so is likely to be ignored.

You need to put obstructions to parking.
Make it so they wont want to park there.

I'm sure the place in the Arndale that cuts Keys does those kind of signs......but they aren't very big.

That depends if she has a legal right of way where they are parking.
If they are parking across a driveway with dropped curb the Police will move them.

Re: no parking signs ?

its part of our gardens & has been paved in red brick but outside our gates, its at the back of my house, the front of the house is on the street, so cannot argue with that cannot stop anyone parking there ......i'd rather park at the back as its not as far to walk with my shopping .

mrs p i priced them up there & im not prepard to pay what they are asking

also saw them on e-bay ...some were good with the playboy bunny on them ...did think i'd get in bother about that one .....

id prefare the one that says "private property....no parking " the council have finally told me that that bit of land does belong to the house & i can legally put a sign up.
