Re: Paul Libberton - Butcher
Yes Paul has sadly died, at a relatively young age.
His cousin told my Mum.

Re: Paul Libberton - Butcher
ah bless, butchers are few and far between nowdays, there was only 1 english butcher(no offence to other nationalities) between accrington and blackburn (i mean between blackburn rd and accy rd) he had a shop near me at intack but unfortunately he closed down and retired just before christmas

Re: Paul Libberton - Butcher
Sad to hear of his death. I do the bookkeeping for a butcher friend and the hours he puts in just to keep going are frightening.

Re: Paul Libberton - Butcher
He closed the shop quite a while ago and concentrated on selling to pubs/hotels/nursing homes etc, he has a unit near the council yard off Brown St

His shop used to be where the off licence (Booze Busters?) is now, on Union Rd, before he went into wholesale supplies.
