plaque near Yorkshire bank
Has anyone else noticed that plaque and big stone thats been plonked in the flower bed inbetween the Yorkshire bank and Brighthouse in Accy?....i only noticed it yesterday when i was going by on the bus, how long has it been there and what the heck is it for? its looks stupid
