Re: Problems with Play.com

You will not have to pay again. Its their responsibility to make teh delivery. if its lost in post its them that have to chase royal mail. report it to their customer service and ask for one to be sent asap

Re: Problems with Play.com

I had a problem about 12 months ago when a CD I had ordred from Paly.com didn't arrive. I logged into my Play account and followed the following instructions -

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days (from date of posting), but we need to wait 21 days before being able to investigate this matter further . If you believe your item has been lost, and 21 days have passed, click the 'View order history' button above, select the item and follow the on-screen instructions.

As it Cd was for a birthday present I didn't want a replacement, thay just credited the money back to my account.

I am assuming the item that has not arrived was ordered direct from Play.com not from Play trade - the instructions for Paly Trade asrea s follows -

Please allow 7 days after the estimated delivery date before reporting an item missing. If you think your item has been lost, and 7 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, click the 'View order history' button above, select the item, and follow the on-screen instructions

I also had to send an item back early last year, and they gave me a full refund on the item and credited me witht he post and packaging as well.

Re: Problems with Play.com

I have been using Play for years (and I use them very, very regularly) and I've never had a problem. Of course things may go missing in the post, but Play's customer service is very good. They'll either dispatch you another copy, or refund you your money, once a reasonable amount of time has passed for the item to turn up.
