Yeh, understand what you saying Lindsay.
For a short while after the birth of my son, worked on a Saturdays for an estate agent .. they asked me to be on site on a small estate behind Express Gifts (Church Site). I was selling like crazy (well, they were lovely properties) and then lo and behold, Express built that 'blot on the landscape' in front of it. Saw a letter in the Observer complaining about this, as nobody had informed them, felt responsible in some way. Sh1t deal, eh ? Fealt used.
