Recycling

Does anyone on here know if used wrapping paper is, in the eyes of HBC, recyclable? I'm just wondering wether to keep mine for this purpose or wether to take it to my friends house. She pays an extortionate amount of money each year for an animal waste bin which is huge. I know that my over loaded bin wont take the strain of extra waste.
