Sharp Practise
Around the beginning of November I ordered some items out of a catalog, the order was just short of £50, there was about 5 items, two of which were Xmas presents, with all the problems health wise I've had lately I forgot about this order. Whilst in hospital I received a letter from this company calling me that due to demand they were waiting for new stock to arrive and apologised for any inconvenience. I still haven't got this order, yet I've just noticed that this company debited my credit card almost immediately they received the order. In my experience reputable firms do not debit your card until the dispatch the goods, I won't be using this firm again in hurry
