Dream Moods A-Z Dream Dictionary

I often dream about dead friends and relatives, but I don't think this is neccessarily evidence of contact with the dead.

Dreams are the way your subconcious mind sorts out your waking life. The subject of your dream can show you something is bothering you when you didn't realise it was.

Re: Signs

I often dream of my husband, even though he died 12 years ago, and some of the dreams are very ordinary - but some are bizarre. I had a vivid dream, recently, where he and I were in a garden tearing a striped flanelette sheet into 3" wide strips (!) I have no idea why we were doing it but I felt very happy and comfortable. Oh, and we were both a lot younger - mid 30s or so.

I don't think this is any sort of a sign but I bet a psychoanalyst could have a field day with it.

Re: Signs

I was told once that the recently deceased leave a feather with people they've loved. I know this is insane because it's was a cat but the day he died I came back from the vets and there was a feather on the stairs.

Probably a rational explanation - feather pillows etc - but I liked to see it as a sign from one of my best friends.

I've heard my Grandad in the past and I dream about my grandparents quite often.

I've heard that about the feather thing too Gayle, but have never witnessed it myself, I sometimes dream about my parents and funnily my first wife too, wether thats because I talk to the kids about their mother or not I don't know (she's been dead 20 years, but we were divorced)

Anyway it was called something like "The Dash Of Life", not many people had contributed to it only Ianto and Willow I think but it sure makes me think he is around me.
OH BERNIE THATS NICE,,,i am glad you feel his presence...
