My office colleague has noticed that the carpark next to the skate park near the Globe has gained three reserved places. Does anyone know who these places are reserved for as we thought the car park was for the general public.

one of those parking spaces was created in celebration of me passing my driving test , one of the others was awrded to garinda for services to dogging and the third was awarded to a neil beacuse even retards deserve decent parking
