It was a tin that you ater down, add yeast and sugar etc then leave it alone. Got it from Harrisons before hey closed down. Theres a place in Bburn IIRC, just ask in there.

Try it with cider but it does have a hefty kick. Once drank it before a hockey match and it took me ages to decide which of the three balls to hit needless to say i missed all of them and was duely subbed!!
