it is still very sore, but I did manage to get some sleep.... had the fan's on my back all night: ( know how a pop star feels now) fans on my back...

I'm glad it's a bit better, Magpie. Don't forget, once the pain's subsided, you need to moisturise your skin. You'll probably peel anyway but you need to protect the next layer and remember, don't use a greasy cream, that's like putting fat on to a fire.

found that putting baby powerder on the bed helped a lot also felt really cool and of course I smell like a baby.... mind you with the fan going I looked like I had just come out of a flower mill.... still feeling much better:
