Tenancy Bond Scheme

Does anyone know anything about a possible tenancy bond loan scheme run by Hyndburn Council. I've been told there may be one but can't seem to find anything about it. One of my stepdaughters needs to find a house due to domestic violence issues but can't afford the bond at the moment. Unfortunatley the timing isn't right for me to help her out with it either.

Im not sure if one opperates tbh i never got told about one but if she goes into housing advice on cannon street, they are ace!!! they will help her and may be able to get her housing ass home pretty quickly in that situation (although they do urge you to go to the police also)
