Easiest route is along Hyndburn Road, past Asda, and Eavesbrook. There is a path to it just before Gatty Park.

You could also get on the Rishton bus and get off at Park View which is at the end of Buckingham Grove. Sure Start building is painted yellow so you wont be able to miss it. The bus is 5minutes past the hour, same bus stop as Dill Hall.
