Please can someone advise me of what time is used on the board - is it GMT or local time?

I thought UK was now on BST which I thought was GMT +

Thanks Andrewb, that is what I thought it would be. My confusion has arisen because my LT is set to France time - UK +1, my time is now 1007

It appears that the "Time of Post" is whatever your own computer is set to. Thanks, things are clearer now.

If you really get confused about time zones, think about what we have to put up with ... our country is six time zones wide

Go to My Profile
Then
scroll to Settings & Options
Left click Edit Options
Then
Scroll to Date & Time Options
There you will see
Time Zone
All timestamps displayed on the forums can be automatically corrected to show the correct time for your location in the world. Simply select the appropriate time zone from the list below.
and a drop down Menu below that, choose your time.
then Scroll to Save Changes left click & your done
