Toning up

Lost a bit more weight recently and i need help with toning up my inner thighs (not that sort of help) going to the Gym and riding my bike has sorted out my legs and bottom but my inner thighs aint changing......any advice? Keep it clean please, i'm a good girl now

How about one if them thigh trainer things, like in the link below??

I have one of them leg magic things that have recently been advertised, not sure how effective it is yet, it is good for hanging clothes from though

If you have had rapid weight loss you will have sagging skin where you lost it.
Improving muscles will help a bit but what it really takes is time.
That's why it's best to lose weight gradually.

No no no no it definately wasn't rapid weight loss, if you actually saw the size of me Margaret you'd laugh at the remark you just made lol i've always been a big girl, fat but fit, my weight has never stopped me doing anything, i swim, i cycle, i annoy people, the only times i get out of breath are when my asthma is playing up or when i'm having ....(i'll leave the rest to your imagination) the rest of my legs are solid, not flabby, rib crushers as i've been told
