Town Centre Stanley Shop

Did I dream this, or was there not a store set up in the town centre to sell Accrington Stanley merchandise? I went into town on Saturday to buy a Stanley shirt (sad, I know!), and couldn't find the shop. I nipped up to the Crown Ground but the shop was closed.

Did I miss it?

There isn't one as such at the moment, although there are plans I beleive.

We are starting to sell a few bits and will take orders for kit so people can collect at our shop if getting up to the ground is a problem. I'll have another word with Lew and see if we can get at least one of each shirt size down here, at the moment we have a Small if it's any good to you

I know WH. I was after a shirt to give to someone with a Sports Bar in Spain to display on the wall with all the Football League shirts. I told him his collection was worthless without a Stanley shirt!

The Fraser Eagle(used to be on Argyle St.) car shop sold Accrington Stanley gear.......but that was because at the time they were sponsors.

Right, Gynn, the shop's open Saturday afternoon. Get up there, get a shirt and get on the Clayton End with the rest of us!
