If you are talking internet, and I assume you are, then technically, I would have said yes, but wouldnt imagine they could police it.

You do not need a TV license to watch shows from the BBC website "unless" you are watching it the same time that it is being broadcast.
I.E. Watching the BBC news when its on at the same time as you could see it on the TV = YES. Watching a replay of a TV show that was on earlier = NO.  |

What you can't do is watch live TV, like News 24. For those with a license, you can now watch BBC 1, 2, 3, 4 on the BBC website, and ITV 1, 2, 3, 4 on the ITV website which is very useful.

I wonder what they are doing to the rest of the network so the users can actaully use it. I get 75% throttled now but I am sure it used to be 50% a few months ago. So if you are on a 2meg connection you can only download 500MB in the evening - how much iplayer time is that?
